PICK UPS:

WHEN YOUR ORDER IS AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL. ANY ORDERS THAT ARE NOT PICKED UP WITHIN THREE BUSINESS DAYS ONCE NOTIFIED, WILL SHIP TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED ON YOUR ORDER DURING CHECKOUT. PLEASE BRING YOUR GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID AND ORDER EMAIL TO RECEIVE PRODUCT -- OR YOU WONT GET IT.

MISMATCH SHIPPING/BILLING ADDRESS:

IF IT DOES NOT MATCH, IT WILL NOT SHIP. SIMPLE -- EXPECT AN IMMEDIATE ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUND.

YOU CANNOT CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER. IT WILL CONTINUE TO SHIP TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED AT CHECKOUT.

SHIPPING TIMES:

EVERYONE'S FAVORITE. AS MUCH AS WE WOULD LOVE TO PROMISE YOU A GUARANTEED ARRIVAL DATE, WE CANNOT. THE DELAYS BEING EXPERIENCED NATIONWIDE WITH SHIPPING SERVICES IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL. WHAT WE CAN GUARANTEE HOWEVER, IS THAT YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP WITHIN 2-14 BUSINESS DAYS OR 100% REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED. CUSTOM PRODUCT SHIPS WITHIN 2-7 WEEKS. SORRY.... ITS HANDMADE & PERFECTION TAKES TIME.

 

 

CANCELLED/MISPLACED ORDERS:

You have 6 hours after purchase to fix/update any errors made to an order or cancel your purchase. Once that time frame has passed you are subject to a 50% restocking fee for all non custom products. All customs products cannot be cancelled.

 PREORDERS

A Pre-Order is an order (an item of merchandise) before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped later. Shipping dates are provided in the description box of each product that’s labeled pre-order. Your card will be charged the full amount of the purchase. Once your item is obtained you'll be updated thru out the process via email notification.

If somehow, your item is not obtained you will receive a full refund.

For canceling any preorders, You’re subject to a 30% restocking fee.

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES UNLESS A MISTAKE ON OUR BEHALF. ALL SALES ARE INDEED FINAL. 

LOST PACKAGES:

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGES ONCE SHIPPED. IN THE EVENT THERE IS A DELAY WITH RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE PLEASE CONTACT THE CARRIER. PLEASE NOTE EMAILS ABOUT A LOST PACKAGE WILL RECEIVE THIS SAME RESPONSE.

 

CHARGEBACK FRAUD:

In the event a chargeback is filed for any orders, all information used when making purchase (including IP address) will be handed over to the Federal Bureau of Investigation Internet Crime Complaint Center to recover all lost funds.
