HOLDS:

PAYPAL: YOUR ORDER IS AUTOMATICALLY HELD FOR 14 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ANY ORDER AMOUNT OVER $200+ TO PREVENT CHARGEBACKS AND FRAUD BEFORE PROCESSING.

REGULAR CHECKOUT: YOUR ORDER IS AUTOMATICALLY HELD FOR 3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ANY ORDER OVER $200+ TO PREVENT CHARGEBACKS AND FRAUD BEFORE PROCESSING.

SEZZLE: THERE ARE NO HOLDS WITH SEZZLE ORDERS AND GO IMMEDIATELY TO PROCESSING

MISMATCH BILLING/SHIPPING

Any orders with a mismatch billing/shipping will need to be verified. Please lookout for an email from us following your order. You will need to verify your purchase with either the transaction showing on bank statement, or any form of identification matching billing address. If documentation cannot be provided your order will be cancelled and refunded.

PROCESSING:

AFTER ANY HOLDS IF APPLICABLE THIS IS CURRENT PROCESSING TIMES.

DURING ANY SALES PERIOD PLEASE ALLOW US AN EXTRA 4-5 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER.

Releases: Please allow us seven to ten business days to process your order before shipping.

Custom Shoes:  Please allow us three to seven weeks to process your order. These products are made to order by hand and cannot be expedited. We pride ourselves on quality.

Custom Clothing: Please allow us up to fourteen business days to process your order.

SHIPPING:

Shipping rates are calculated automatically during checkout and yes we ship worldwide.

Any orders completely processed will always ship out fridays. In example, if you receive a tracking number that tuesday, your order will update that friday once picked up.

CANCELLED/MISPLACED ORDERS:

You have five business days after purchase to fix/update any errors made to an order or cancel your purchase. If you checked out with Sezzle you have twenty four hours to modify your order. Once that time frame has passed you are subject to a 30% restocking fee for all non custom products. All customs products cannot be cancelled. However in the event the customizer agrees to cancel order, you will be charged a 50% restocking fee.

 PREORDERS

A Pre-Order is an order (an item of merchandise) before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped later. Shipping dates are provided in the description box of each product that’s labeled pre-order. Your card will be charged the full amount of the purchase. Once your item is obtained you'll be updated thru out the process via email notification.

If somehow, your item is not obtained you will receive a full refund.

For canceling any preorders, You’re subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Pre-Orders CANNOT BE CANCELED.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES UNLESS A MISTAKE ON OUR BEHALF. ALL SALES ARE INDEED FINAL. The Sole Catcher prides itself on the accuracy and turn around time of our products. All sales are final, however returns will be honored if their is an error with merchandise. Upon return, full credit will be issued to payment method used. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase. 

In the event an order is delayed in processing you will be contacted immediately.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGES ONCE SHIPPED. IN THE EVENT THERE IS A DELAY WITH RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE PLEASE CONTACT THE CARRIER.

 

CHARGEBACK FRAUD:

In the event a chargeback is filed for any orders, all information used when making purchase (including IP address) will be handed over to the Federal Bureau of Investigation Internet Crime Complaint Center to recover all lost funds.
