PICK UPS FOR THE ATLANTA METRO ARE AVAILABLE. WHEN YOUR ORDER IS AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL. ANY ORDERS THAT ARE NOT PICKED UP ONCE PICKUP EMAIL IS RECEIVED WITHIN THREE BUSINESS DAYS, WILL SHIP TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED ON YOUR ORDER DURING CHECKOUT.

ANY ORDER OVER $100, SHIPPING TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS FROM BILLING WILL BE SUBJECT TO AN ORDER VERIFICATION TO PREVENT UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES. YOU WILL BE CONTACTED VIA EMAIL IF THIS OCCURS.

YOU CANNOT CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER. IT WILL CONTINUE TO SHIP TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED AT CHECKOUT.

AT THIS TIME THERE ARE DELAYS BEYOND OUR CONTROL DUE TO COVID-19 RECEIVING PRODUCT. YOUR ORDER MAY TAKE UP TO 30 BUSINESS DAYS TO RECEIVE REGARDLESS OF YOUR LOCATION. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH EVERY ORDER, HOWEVER IT IS POSSIBLE.

FAQ:

Where does merchandise come from? Is it 100% authentic? 
All merchandise on our website is consignment and 100% authenticated before resell. A consignment agreement is an agreement between a consignee and consignor for the storage, transfer, sale or resale and use of the commodity. The consignee may take goods from the consignment stock for use or resale subject to payment to the consignor agreeably to the terms bargained in the consignment agreement.
I couldn’t resell my shoe after purchase? The shoes are no longer in demand, can I return?
Simply put, no. We are not responsible for you being able to resale a product. That is not the purpose of our website. We pride ourselves in being able to provide customers with overpriced heat at a reasonable price because there are in fact, genuine sneakerheads out there who would like to continue building their collection. 
 

PROCESSING:

PLEASE NOTE DURING THIS TIME OF PANDEMIC, THE CITY WE OPERATE OUT OF ALL SHIPPING FACILITIES ARE OPERATING UNDER CAPACITY. THERE MAY BE AN EXPECTED DELAY WITH AN UPDATE ON YOUR TRACKING NUMBER.

Shoe Releases: Please allow us up to 14 business days to process and ship your order. For any delays regarding covid please refer to section above. It may not take that long however we aim to be as transparent as possible during this time. If you receive a tracking number, it simply means we have pulled inventory for your order and are awaiting to fulfill it. Your tracking number will update once local postal facilities receive it. 

Custom Shoes:  Please allow us three to seven weeks to process your order. These products are made to order by hand and cannot be expedited. We pride ourselves on quality.

Custom Clothing: Please allow us up to fourteen business days to process your order.

SHIPPING:

SHIPPING DOES NOT REPLACE THE FULFILLMENT PROCESS. SIMPLY PUT IF YOU PAY FOR 2 DAY SHIPPING, THATS HOW LONG IT TAKES TO RECEIVE THE PACKAGE AFTER IT IS RECEIVED BY CARRIER AND SCANNED IN.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically during checkout.

Any orders completely processed will always ship out fridays. In example, if you receive a tracking number that tuesday, your order will update that friday once picked up.

CANCELLED/MISPLACED ORDERS:

You have 6 hours after purchase to fix/update any errors made to an order or cancel your purchase. Once that time frame has passed you are subject to a 50% restocking fee for all non custom products. All customs products cannot be cancelled.

 PREORDERS

A Pre-Order is an order (an item of merchandise) before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped later. Shipping dates are provided in the description box of each product that’s labeled pre-order. Your card will be charged the full amount of the purchase. Once your item is obtained you'll be updated thru out the process via email notification.

If somehow, your item is not obtained you will receive a full refund.

For canceling any preorders, You’re subject to a 30% restocking fee.

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS

WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES UNLESS A MISTAKE ON OUR BEHALF. ALL SALES ARE INDEED FINAL. The Sole Catcher prides itself on the accuracy of our products. All sales are final, however returns will be honored if there is an error with merchandise. Please ship returns to SOLED BY THE SOLE CATCHER 2625 PIEDMONT RD NE STE 56621 ATLANTA GA 30324. WE DO NOT PROVIDE RETURN LABELS. customer has 48 hours to provide the returned merchandise to local postal services with tracked scan in order to receive a full credit issued to payment method used. Any merchandise returned outside of the 48 hours will result in STORE CREDIT AT THE OWNERS DISCRETION. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGES ONCE SHIPPED. IN THE EVENT THERE IS A DELAY WITH RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE PLEASE CONTACT THE CARRIER.

 

CHARGEBACK FRAUD:

In the event a chargeback is filed for any orders, all information used when making purchase (including IP address) will be handed over to the Federal Bureau of Investigation Internet Crime Complaint Center to recover all lost funds.
