Shoe Releases: Please allow us up to 21 business days to process and ship your order. It may not take that long however we aim to be as transparent as possible during this time. If you receive a tracking number, it simply means we have pulled inventory for your order and are awaiting to fulfill it. Your tracking number will update once local postal facilities receive it.
Custom Shoes: Please allow us three to seven weeks to process your order. These products are made to order by hand and cannot be expedited. We pride ourselves on quality.
Custom Clothing: Please allow us up to fourteen business days to process your order.

Any orders completely processed will always ship out fridays. In example, if you receive a tracking number that tuesday, your order will update that friday once picked up.
You have 1 business day after purchase to fix/update any errors made to an order or cancel your purchase. Once that time frame has passed you are subject to a 50% restocking fee for all non custom products. All customs products cannot be cancelled.
A Pre-Order is an order (an item of merchandise) before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped later. Once your item is obtained you'll be updated thru out the process via email notification.
